Joelle received a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design in 1988 which is an added benefit when helping Sellers stage their home or communicating to Buyers feasible renovations in older homes. She has received the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) which allows her to refer her clients to other qualified international real estate brokers as well as receive referrals of potential foreign purchasers or sellers.  She has also received the National Association of REALTOR's green designation and a certified Earth Advantage Broker which helps Joelle list and market as well as guide buyer clients in purchasing green homes.  She has lived in Charlottesville since 1993 and is married with two daughters.  Joelle served on the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS (CAAR) for 3 years (2010-2012).  She has been selling real estate in Virginia since 2000.  Aside from business, Joelle enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
